I’m obsessed with my health and longevity and plan to live to at least 120.

Last year I consulted a functional medicine doctor and had an extensive blood test to see how well I was doing; cholesterol, thyroid, liver function, inflammation, blood counts – the lot.
The results were so resoundingly vindicating I just had to print my diet all over a large chair.
