I made this fabric by copying some of the funny things that children write in letters to their mums and dads, brothers and sisters, Santa Claus and even the Queen of England.

The chair was sold with a packet of coloured fabric pens so that the little darlings could add their own quotable gold to the design.

My favourite was “Dear Valerie, Get out of my life”.
