I heard that he had given his mum a mathematical formula proving that she was always right (now framed).
Was it possible to expand on this theme I asked – surely there’s a greater truth to be proven?
Eventually Roy produced a beautiful long sum demonstrating in pure mathematics that women are more often right than men.
